Sunset Shores rents in 2008 for the following competitive rates:

All base rent prices include cleaning, utilities (except long distance), and processing fees.
Linen service is available for an additional fee, please inquire with Dockside Realty.
The $40 damage coverage fee is non-refundable and covers up to $500 of accidental damage. When you pay the $40 damage waiver, you do not need to put down any security deposit. Alternately, you can save the $40 damage waiver fee by putting down a refundable $750 security deposit that is returned to you after your stay.
