Please note that for rentals from June 14th to August 24th, only 7-night, Sunday-to-Sunday rentals are allowed. Also, for Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend, 3-night rentals are required. The online system may accept other combinations but Dockside Realty will need to call you back to fix your reservation.
Also note that if you use the online booking system for a price quote, it will include BOTH the $40 damage waiver, AND the $750 security deposit in your quote. When you actually book, though, you can CHOOSE EITHER the $40 Damage Waiver OR the $750 security deposit.
