Please note that for rentals from June 14th to August 29th, 2009, only 7-night, Sunday-to-Sunday rentals are allowed. Also, for Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend, 3-night rentals are required. The online system may accept other combinations but Dockside Realty will need to call you back to fix your reservation.
Also note that if you use the online booking system for a price quote, initially it will include BOTH the $40 damage waiver, AND the $500 security deposit in your quote. You need to pick one. When you actually book, you can CHOOSE EITHER the $40 Damage Waiver OR the $500 security deposit.
